Estimates use asking prices, not completed sales. Prices and availability can change; confirm with sellers.
No. Estimates are planning guides, not certified appraisals, guarantees or purchase offers. Inspection, condition, local demand and negotiation affect value.

Yes. Twenty priced comparables is a research target, not a minimum. A model-specific range can be calculated from two matching priced listings. Fewer than 20 comparables or an incomplete inventory scan is flagged as limited evidence. A small sample is less representative; review the matching listings before relying on the result.
Excellent assumes minimal wear and no known repair needs. Med assumes normal wear and routine maintenance needs. Bad assumes significant cosmetic or mechanical repairs, excluding water or structural damage. These are illustrative scenarios; CamperWorth has not inspected your camper or independently assessed the comparables.
No. Water damage, soft floors, delamination or structural concerns need an inspection and repair estimate. The Bad scenario does not establish a reliable value for a damaged camper.
The private-sale scenario applies an illustrative negotiation allowance to condition-adjusted asking prices. The dealer / trade-in scenario then applies an additional 15–25% allowance for resale margin. These are CamperWorth planning assumptions, not verified dealer offers or universal dealer percentages.
A VIN-only search finds exact matching listings and their advertised prices. It does not calculate a comparable-based valuation. Use the camper-details search with year, brand, model and floorplan for a separate estimate.

Each used condition now shows a central planning figure first. It starts with the median comparable asking price, applies the midpoint condition allowance (1%, 5% or 15%), then 5% negotiation and, for dealer scenarios, an additional 20% resale allowance. Figures are rounded to $100. Supporting ranges remain available because a central figure is not a guaranteed outcome.
Used estimates compare Excellent (minimal wear), Med (normal wear) and Bad (significant repair needs) without a questionnaire.
CamperWorth applies illustrative condition allowances of 0–2%, 3–7%, and 10–20%, respectively, to the sourced asking-price range. Private-sale scenarios allow 0–10% negotiation; dealer / trade-in scenarios then allow 15–25% resale margin. These are illustrative planning assumptions, not dealer-verified percentages or a licensed wholesale valuation.
The condition of comparable campers is not independently assessed. Actual inspections, repair costs and market demand can change the result. Water or structural damage requires an inspection and repair estimate.
Estimate my camper →A dealer offer can account for inspection, repairs, reconditioning, resale costs and margin. A private-sale price depends on the buyer, condition, local demand and negotiation. CamperWorth starts with comparable advertised asking prices. Its condition and dealer adjustments are illustrative planning assumptions, not verified dealer percentages, completed-sale values or offers. Compare written dealer offers and inspect the camper before deciding on a price.
